This
year Tomart brought out the first first book for the Johnny Lightning Value
Guide book for the collectors. This is similar for the Hot Wheels Tomart. As I
don't believe the Values are very correct, it does give the collector a reference
to what Johnny Lightning has made in it's history. They also offered a Johnny
Lightning Tomart car. {3000 made]
